Supervise business books and ensure perpetual client service and growth.

Handle new account kick off meetings and ensure smooth transitioning from sales to optimization management.
Interface with internal departments and clients to present concepts and results at appropriate time.
Establish a good understanding of the business of a client for effective service.
Record and communicate campaign milestones and deliverables to clients and their teams.
Handle customer surveys and coordinate internal resources to fulfill client delivery and manage effective communication.
Coordinate with Operations Managers for ensuring client satisfaction.
Prepare and present business reviews quarterly and annually.
Oversee and maintain terms and validity of contracts.
