Client Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Participate in Client strategic planning process.

Gather, compile and interpret client solutions requirements and report it to internal/external stakeholders.

Convert, compose and confer client’s needs.

Direct internal cross-functional departments on client expectations.

Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating client requirements against outputs from other internal stakeholder.

Investigate and resolve job-related task issues.

Handle issues appropriately until resolved.

Coordinate with clients and internal partners to find mutual solution to problems.

Present information on challenging situations to clients and sales.

Compile and maintain client specific reports.

Administer and convert new client calls.

Collaborate with Managing Attorney on scheduling new clients.

Schedule new clients with appropriate attorney.

Schedule conference room on demand.

Draft appointment letters and send to new clients.
