Client Advocate Responsibilities and Duties

Recommend improvements and analyze all data to facilitate effective implementation of all improvement process to assist clients increase business.

Ensure achievement of all business objectives and coordinate with clients to ensure optimal processes and administer progress of all business to ensure compliance to all goals.

Prepare all reports for client business on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and maintain client files for all documents and ensure effectiveness of implementation for all operations.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide support to customers on all process improvement processes and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients.

Prepare and deliver all presentation in meetings and schedule all meeting with clients to advocate various improvements to businesses and recommend required process development.

Ensure achievement of all business objectives and provide required resolution and coordinate with Supervisor to ensure achievement of all market goals and escalate issues if required.

Prepare schedule and documentation for all client projects and collaborate with clients to evaluate it on regular basis.
