Associate Buyer Responsibilities and Duties

Perform various market surveys and review consumer behavior to develop strategies.
Coordinate with sales teams, analyze requirements for all orders and placed required orders accordingly.

Perform regular analysis of various sales and inventory reports and evaluate same on various different meetings.
Prepare purchase orders for all new products under brand portfolio and maintain records of various sales trends and prepare appropriate forecasts.
Coordinate with store managers and buying specialist and develop strategies to facilitate increase sales.
Monitor and manage inventory of stocks, administer efficient working if buying office and perform required analysis.
Administer and maintain records of all purchase orders and resolve all issues in shipments and correct invoices if required.
Provide support to all call center operations in sales and marketing department.
Monitor competitor businesses and develop required merchandising strategies.
Coordinate with creative department and prepare effective catalog of all products.
Evaluate all merchandising data sheet, ensure accuracy and resolve all discrepancies in same if required.
Maintain appropriate knowledge on all trade publications.
