Serve as main point of contact for customers throughout the project development phase.
Perform business process analysis, financial analysis, performance assessment, project management and risk assessment for the assigned project.
Manage engineering team to deliver projects within defined scope and timelines.
Ensure project deliverables match with project plan and estimates.
Review and approve project deliverables.
Communicate with the management and client to keep them informed of progress and issues.
Manage, mentor and train team members in delivering high quality solutions.

Conduct performance review and provide feedback to staff.
Handle customer issues in accurate and timely manner.
Build positive relationships with clients to address specific business needs and issues.
