Suggest recommendations on resource hiring, performance evaluation and termination.
Review and revise work procedures for operational efficiency.
Train new hires on administration activities and policies.
Implement the policy changes to achieve the financial and operation objectives.
Monitor the administrative activities according to quality standards.
Monitor and manage expenses within the budgetary guidelines.
Maintain company records and reports in accurate manner.
Analyze and resolve operational issues faced by the administrative staff.
Interact with different departments to coordinate and execute complex projects.
Provide guidance on staff issues including recruitments, payrolls and employee grievances.
Maintain systems for tracking and handling administrative operations efficiently.
Purchase and maintain office equipment and supplies.
Maintain payroll records and leave and timesheet details for employees
Provide assistance to senior management for different clerical functions such as document filing, report generation, attending calls, faxing and mailing.
Perform administration tasks including answering phone calls, taking messages, directing the calls, sorting and distributing mails and booking meeting rooms.
Implement efficient billing procedures to ensure timely execution of billing cycles.
