First United Methodist Church
3084 Arlington Avenue
Little Rock, AR 72201

Dear Mr. Roberson,

I was very excited to learn about the youth minister position available within your organization and hope to be seriously considered as a candidate. This would be an excellent opportunity to pursue my spiritual calling. It’s a chance to make a positive influence in the lives of young people, who’ll one day, shape the future of our world.

I attended Princeton University where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in ministry and over the past three years I’ve volunteered my services in a variety of youth facilities. During this time, I’ve learned how to successfully work with and maintain a good relationship with children of all ages by discovered unique and effective ways to get through to them.

I’m confident that I have the skills and training needed to help the youth of today learn how to build a strong spiritual relationship with the lord. My skills and special abilities include planning and executing religious services that will motivate young people to follow their calling

I believe I have the skills and desire needed to fulfill the obligations associated with the youth minister position within your organization. I hope to hear from you soon so please call (333)-501-4646 to set up a meeting in which to personally discuss this position in more detail.

Sincerely,
