Dear Ms. Stephanie Shelby,

I am very interested in the open position of Stress Engineer with Spencer Reed Group, LLC and my credentials match the requirements in your positing.

I have an engineering degree that included courses in free body diagrams, load paths and external loads comprehension. I have worked as an assistant engineer in this field for the last four years where I gained valuable hands on experience.

I have extensive knowledge of structural integrity with the ability to create designs for specific projects and to assist in the building process by monitoring and running analysis to ensure the structures are sound. When doing a failure analysis, I will examine structures along with the materials and parts used to determine if they are quality products and to look for any defect or flaw that would weaken the structure causing it to be unstable.

I have the ability to review designs to evaluate and find potential problems that may affect the integrity of all types of structures. I also possess excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to find feasible solutions to these issues that will solve even the most complex design problems.

I have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide support for other professionals such as managers, developers and architects to help create sound structures. I have the ability to keep accurate records of all assessments I make along with the recommended solutions to any problems found.

You can reach me for an interview by calling (333)-201-1875 and I hope to meet with you soon to discuss this position in more detail.
