Here is the Skilled School Aide Cover Letter Example:

Dear Ms. Edith Oneal,

I am applying for the school aide position at your school Crest Memorial School and have attached my resume for your convenience.

I have a certificate in early childhood development and have worked as an aide for more than ten years. Working in education has been my passion since I can remember and I love helping teachers and administrators to get the most out of their students. I understand that there will be many background checks and testing and would have no problem passing anything that is needed in order to be employed by your school.

I am able to work with students either on a one on one basis or in small groups to help them get on track with their lessons or to offer extra encouragement. I can also aid them in completing tasks on time and am a great motivator. I am also able to handle any clerical assignments that may be passed on and I am completely computer literate.

In my past position I was responsible for all data entry including inputting grades for all students and setting up all learning materials for the instructors to whom I was assigned. I was also my duty to monitor lunch periods as well as recess and on field trips to ensure that the students did not get unruly or were not unsupervised.

Please feel free to contact me at any time to set up a meeting where we can further discuss my experience and what I can bring to your school. My number is (555)-555-5555.

Respectfully,

Your Signature
