I have a bachelor’s degree in business and five years of experience working as an office manager. My experience includes hiring new employees, conducting interviews and creating files for all new hires. This included making sure employees had all of the necessary paperwork and that all forms were filled out correctly before placing them on payroll.
My experience also includes providing new hires with information about the company that consisted of giving them handbooks and explaining the company’s rules. I answered questions and made sure the employee understood what was expected of them from the very beginning.
I have the communication and research skills needed to recruit new employees that are a good match for any open positions within the company. I also have the ability to help create a pleasant but professional work environment.
