Ms. Cristie Nugent
Synovus Mortgage Corp.

Redmond, WA 98052

Dear Ms. Cristie Nugent,

I am seeking a position in your company Synovus Mortgage Corp. in the mortgage department. Attached you will find my resume in consideration of this position and for both your convenience and perusal.

I hold an associate’s degree in business; I am a licensed mortgage broker and have worked in the industry for over ten years while staying on top of all the new state and federal laws in the industry. I have great communication skills and in my past experience, this has allowed me the ability to interview customers to determine their financial situation, needs and objectives and recommend appropriate loan program and level of risk. I am also able to deliver world class customer service to develop new and repeat sales.

It is always important to maintain regular communication with customers for new business opportunities and to quote prices and credit points to customers based on company policies. I do not have a problem providing accurate and timely loan related information to customers on request or having discussions about loan terms and procedures with customers. This includes maintaining a broad knowledge of various loan programs for the benefit of both the customers and the company.

I have the ability to educate customers about loan programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures and can act as a liaison between customers, bank employees and other department staff to promptly and efficiently carry out loan processing. There are also no issues with me developing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources to improve the mortgage business.

I can be reached at any time by calling (222)-387-9821.

Respectfully,

Your Signature

Fidel Johnson
