Harvard University

Swisher, IA 52338

Dear Ms. Weston,

This letter is to express my interest in obtaining a lecturer position within Harvard University. I’m sure that you’ll find my past training and work experience to coincide with the requirements for this position. This is why I believe considering me for the position of lecturer will be beneficial to both of us.

Below is a list of my qualifications, I have:

•Worked as an assistant lecturer for the past three years for Huron University and feel that I am completely qualified to fill this position.

•Extensive knowledge in this field and the ability to stand in front of a classroom and give lectures to the students on specific topics.

•The ability to give out homework, administer exams, grade exams and answer questions.

I have a master’s degree in teaching as of now but plan to continue my studies and training to advance in this field. Providing valuable information to students seeking to gain knowledge in a particular field is rewarding and extremely interesting. You never really know what to expect when lecturing a class and this is part of what I find appealing about pursuing this career.

Please contact me at (333)-188-1645 to set up an interview so we can discuss this position in more detail. If you prefer, feel free to send me an email at [email]

Sincerely,

Kathleen Higgins
