I am the Events Manager your company is searching for. I have all of the skills and experience listed in your posting and I know that I can be a great addition to the team at Oasis Events, Inc.

I worked for a company that specialized in planning weddings and parties. Here, I gained extensive knowledge of events planning and acquired the skills to ensure all of the arrangements are made according to the client’s wishes.

I have great communication skills so I can sit down with the clients and discuss the reason for the event and what the client hopes to achieve. This information will determine the type of facility needed to accomplish the goal and to accommodate the number of guests invited.

I have the management skills needed to draw up the contracts, set a budget and put together the event while staying within the agreed price range. Once all the details have been determined and the contract signed, I have the skills to direct the staff in putting together the event.

When necessary, I can choose a caterer and provide the guests speakers or entertainment depending on the type of event being held. I have the ability to make all of the arrangements and have everything ready within the allotted timeframe.

I have a very creative mind that allows me to come up with unique ideas that make the client’s event stand out, which will help to build your company’s reputation and increase sales. My past experience has given me the skills and training I need to be the best applicant for this position.
