I am very interested in the Events Assistant job now available with Infinity Consulting Solutions.

I have an associate degree and two years of experience working as an intern for a local event planner. This hands-on experience has helped me prepare for this job and I have the ability to help organize and plan events for your organization. I have the skills to help your events planner find the best venue, to help arrange parking for the guests and to provide security.

I have excellent time management, organizational and decision making skills. I can multiple tasks efficiently and coordinate with associates by phone and email to ensure all details covered. I have the ability to send out special invitations to the guests, assist with promotional efforts and to follow up and make sure all loose ends are taken care of.

I have the ability to work well as part of a team and to help create a pleasant atmosphere where the staff can work together efficiently. However, I am also self-motivated with the ability to work independently. I can adjust quickly to this fast-changing environment and I have the ability to stay calm and to remain professional even when things begin to get hectic.

Once the event is over, I have the ability to stay and supervise clean up. I will make sure the venue is clean in addition to making sure all equipment is dismantled, picked up and sent to the appropriate location. I am also CPR certified and I have first aid training in case of an emergency.
