I have a Masters’s degree in hotel management and five years of experience working in the hospitality industry with three years spent managing the kitchen of a large hotel. I created schedules and assigned duties for the staff, performed administrative duties and worked directly with vendors. I also worked with the director to plan menus, estimate food cost and to maintain company standards involving labor and quality.

I have the experience needed to ensure the guests within your establishment have a pleasant stay through careful planning and professional management. I have the experience needed to prepare menus for special events and to maintain a well-organized and fully stocked inventory.
