I am applying for the position of Clinic Manager with JSA Healthcare Corporation and my training, experience and skills meet the requirements listed in your posting.

I have a bachelor’s degree in health administration and I have a state license. My courses centered on techniques for hiring and training staff members, creating schedules and assigning duties. I also learned about basic operations, medical terminology, managing healthcare and the basic guidelines for taking care of patients.

I am familiar with all OSHA regulations and patient confidentiality laws and my studies included information on how to work with insurance companies. I also learned about adhering to the legal requirements associated with the medical field. I have acquired the ability to conduct staff meetings and to assist in creating marketing campaigns.

For the last two years, I have worked as a secretary for a doctor’s office where I gained extensive customer service skills. During this time, I also performed a variety of administrative duties that includes writing reports, making appointments and keeping the patient database and billing updated. I also have experience using Word, Excel, Outlook and Spreadsheets.

I am comfortable dealing with patients and managing staff members. I have very strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and set good examples for the staff. I also possess excellent delegating skills and I have the ability to work on multiple tasks while maintain efficiency. I always maintain a friendly but professional attitude and I know that I can be a valuable member of your organization.
