Upon seeing the posting for an Associate Director for Meredith Corporation, I began preparing my resume right away.
Having been on the administrative staff for the last five years, I am sure I have the experience needed to move into this position. I know how to manage the staff efficiently and what training and tools are needed to keep the department running at its full capacity. I possess great leadership skills and the personality to maintain a friendly but efficient department.
I have a degree in accounting and excellent decision-making skills needed to prepare a budget and then to stay within the budget. I also have experience performing cost analysis, preparing tax reports and keeping all financial records in order and updated.
I possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as a team to accomplish company goals. I am proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, have excellent communications skill and strong analytical skills. I have the ability to maintain professionalism even in stressful situations and I always have a positive attitude.
I can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and I can multitask to meet deadlines and handle all of the duties required to hold this position. I am flexible enough to work different schedules to accommodate the needs of the company and to travel when necessary.
