The best candidates for this position have a positive, friendly attitude and are excellent at oral communication. There are no formal education requirements for this position, making it an ideal entry-level job.
There are a number of physical requirements that you will need to fulfill to meet the needs of this position. Most sales associates spend the majority of their shifts standing or walking.
