Sales and Support Representative
My Role: I have started as Support Representative. Later on I was promoted to Help Desk Administrator, Help Desk Supervisor and Sales Representative. I earned the right to support customers over Polar’s live chat and was actively involved in development of some new Polar products.
My Work: In three years, as I worked for Polar, I have completed more than 1600 official incidents, had more than 1670 live chats of which 90% were with foreign English-‐based customers. I have completed 55, created 40 and supervised 6 company projects and also worked on more than 200 other company tasks.
Some of the projects that I have done:
• Writing policies and procedures for handling leads through Help
Desk
• Writing privacy and security statements for one of Polar’s product
• Mentoring and training a new honorarium worker
• Supervising the Help Desk in order to achieve faster support
response times, and ensure that all issues are addressed
• Creating 6 short movies that show some features of Polar’s
products
• Posted news and several blog posts

Sales, Community and guest management
My Role: I was in charge of monitoring and ordering supplies, maintaining the quality of service, maintaining business books and training new workers. I was also in charge of direct sales and completing deals with all foreign and internet customers, both English and German based, that have reached us for accommodation.
My Work: I have implemented advance booking software, significantly improved website quality and response time speed, contacted and completed deals with more than 15 tourist agencies, designed new and modern quotation and invoice templates for official use and also implemented new polices and procedures for dealing with new customers.
While in charge of CM activities we were covered as one of the top 5 Croatia tourism companies in 2010.
Koristan Kod d.o.o.

Founder and CEO
My Role: Founder and CEO.
Constructive Code (eng. for Koristan Kod) was founded as a web development company. Its main product is a web application VELUMrent which helps rental owners manage their rentals and associated bookings.
Next to VELUMrent, Constructive Code also offers website development and community management services.
After founding Constructive Code I also started blogging. Currently I maintain two corporate blogs and two tourism blogs. I had the chance to write couple of guest blog post for MacKorisnik.com and Netokracija.com as well.
